Bespoke Aquatic Design
Custom Mosaic Design for Pool Floor – Paris 8th – 2022
A true aquatic work of art, this pool mosaic was entirely designed and handmade for a private client. The floral pattern, made up of thousands of glass paste tiles, brings to life three blue irises that unfold underwater, creating an effect of depth and movement. The brilliance of the materials captures natural light and enhances the pool with every reflection. A unique creation that transforms the pool into a poetic and customized relaxation space.
When Art Enters the Intimate
Bathroom Mosaics
The mosaic transforms the bathroom into a true place of expression. Each project becomes a custom creation, designed as a unique and durable work of art. Here, three examples illustrate this diversity: a floral frieze made of colored glass enamels to dress the walls of a bathtub with freshness and cheerfulness; a tropical shower where the mosaic evokes lush vegetation, playing with shades of greens and blues for a sensory immersion; and finally, a contemporary art deco bathroom, where geometric patterns and green tones integrate with the architecture of the room, highlighting every curve and volume.
Beneath Your Feet, the Art of Mosaic
Mosaic Flooring for Private Clients
The mosaic naturally finds its place on the floor, bringing character and refinement to every space in the home. From a sunny loggia to a welcoming entrance, through the floor of a kitchen or living area, it creates a visual continuity while affirming an original identity. Each composition is designed to interact with the volumes and light: a play of mineral shades, subtle geometries, or nature-inspired patterns. Durable, easy to maintain, and timeless, the floor mosaic combines aesthetics and functionality, transforming every step into a sensory experience.

A Unique Work of Mosaic Art for Your Outdoor Spaces
To honor the legacy of Antoni Gaudí, the owner of a private apartment entrusted Florence Berthet Sonsino with the creation of a custom mosaic fountain for their terrace. From sculpting the lizard’s head to collecting vibrant ceramics and fragments of color, each step was a tribute to Gaudí’s playful and poetic spirit.
